We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is firm and applies to all reservations unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Within 24 hours or 30 days before reservation:

Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours or 30 days of the original booking time or check-in date will receive a 100% reimbursement, provided the cancellation occurs before the 30-day window prior to check-in.

• More than 14 days (up to 29 days) before check-in:

Any reservation cancelled before the 2-week (14-day) mark, up to 29 days prior to arrival, will receive a 50% reimbursement of the total reservation amount.

• 13 or less days before check-in:

Any reservation cancelled less than 13 days (1) week prior to the scheduled check-in date is subject to a 100% loss of funds. No reimbursement will be issued.

• No-shows or early departures:

No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
